Dr. Shaina Nelson, DPM, is a dedicated podiatrist with six years of experience, specializing in a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. She is in practice with Premier Ankle & Foot Specialists, PC in York, PA.
Dr. Nelson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from D'Youville University in Buffalo, NY. She continued her professional education at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where she earned a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine. With a passion for healing and a commitment to excellence, Dr. Nelson completed her residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell Medical Center.
During her training, Dr. Nelson gained valuable experience in various aspects of ankle and foot care, including podiatric surgery, wound care, ingrown nails, foot and ankle pain, diabetic foot care, 3D orthotics, ulcer care, fractures, foot and ankle injuries, sports injuries, stress fractures, and dermatology.
